Cannot say enough good things about working with Joe and his team. Joe comes out personally to understand the engagement and scope the project. He will interview you and based on the feedback, outline a few options. The initial scope and estimate was comprehensive. He and team were also able to make adjustments during the project to accommodate changes and new requests. We lucked out on weather, and the project was complete inside of 2 weeks (ahead of schedule). The final walkthrough yielded some punch list items that needed to be cleaned up. I have been using Joe/Amity Home Maintenance Solutions for many years, encompassing a variety of home projects.  He has replaced my roof, cleaned my gutters, replaced a rotting staircase, filled a foundation crack and poured a new concrete landing.  As a Senior it was important to find a contractor I could trust.  I have found Joe to be Reliable, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Straightforward and Hard Working.  This work ethic was equally matched by the Quality of the work by Joe and his team.  He surpassed the basic requirements of the job itself and adjusted/improved it to fit my personal needs. I hired another contractor to replace flashing around three leaking windows along one wall but they created more damage than they repaired. Joe and his crew really helped out by taking over and then correcting their work. No more leaks. Additionally, they took great care when completing significant sheetrock repairs and interior painting. Joe/Amity responds and shows up on time, is on site, and clearly communicates. I have used this business for two jobs over the last few years and his crew does excellent work without drama. When using Amity, I'm confident the work will be completed correctly. Joe came to do a repair on my roof.  I appreciated that he took the time to give me a basic understanding of the sealing issue that was causing the problem rather than rushing through the repair. It was a pleasure working with Joe for our complete roof replacement. Of all the companies I interviewed for the job, he was the only owner who guaranteed he would personally be on site to oversee the job. As a first time homeowner he was extremely helpful taking the time to walk me through the entire roof replacement process, and always being responsive and communicative to my many questions. Joe installed several replacement skylights in our home a few years ago so when I saw some staining around one of them, I gave him a call. He came out quickly and was able to identify that it wasn't an issue with the skylight, but in our attic space. He brought out an insulation specialist and they both identified the problem and offered wonderful solutions to the issue. If you found Amity Home Maintenance solutions LOOK NO FURTHER! Working with Joe was fantastic. We had a long and extensive project and his level of communication and professionalism was unmatched.  We went over every detail, he was patient and helped with everything we needed.  The project was tough having lead paint on a house over 100 years old, we needed someone who was up for the challenge.  From siding removal to finding the lead paint, extracting and disposing properly, new siding, new roof, windows reset, hanging doors, painting EVERYTHING.
