Joe comes out personally to understand the engagement and scope the project. He will interview you and based on the feedback, outline a few options. The initial scope and estimate was comprehensive. He and team were also able to make adjustments during the project to accommodate changes and new requests. We lucked out on weather, and the project was complete inside of 2 weeks (ahead of schedule). The final walkthrough yielded some punch list items that needed to be cleaned up. I hired another contractor to replace flashing around three leaking windows along one wall but they created more damage than they repaired. Joe and his crew really helped out by taking over and then correcting their work. No more leaks. Additionally, they took great care when completing significant sheetrock repairs and interior painting. Joe/Amity responds and shows up on time, is on site, and clearly communicates. I have used this business for two jobs over the last few years and his crew does excellent work without drama. When using Amity, I'm confident the work will be completed correctly.
